Today business requires decisions on coordinating strategy of development of the company and its operational management. For solving this problem, the approach of value — based management is now used. It allows to carry out an immediate diagnosis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the company on such indicators as the company’s value. The article summarizes and discusses an approach to assessing the value of an integrated company with taking t uncertainties, risks and possible prediction into account. Applying this approach helps to determine key business indicators of the company and their impact on companies value.
