Abstract:
In this paper, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the development of the basic tenets of the theory dysfunction, outlines the positions that were the basis of the theoretical concepts of dysfunction and economic systems and institutions developed by the author in 1999–2001 and developed in the coming years, applied in the analysis of various problems of transformation of the Russian economy, and changes in, covering economics. The practical application of this theory has been the analysis of institutional change, planning, industrial policy measures, including the regional component, as well as an application method of control system product range of industrial enterprises (firms). In this article, the author returns to the original introduced them to the concepts of theory of dysfunction, dysfunction shows measurement tools, forms the approach and methodology for evaluating system dysfunction.
