Abstract:
In the article, the authors’ approach to the determination of network firm’s potential is provided as a set of opportunities and means to integration with other economic agents for the purpose to increase its own cost efficiency for the joint implementation of activities in the conditions of the network economy. Introducing the category of network firm’s potential causes the necessity in the determination of the factors influencing over the firm’s activities in network structure as the most effective organizational form in modern conditions. The numerical assessment of such potential allows to reveal the hidden integration opportunities of the firm, so, to increase return from the use of reasonable economic tools, and also gives the chance to determine those functional zones which require the closest attention during the formation and development of network relations.
