Social-economic sovereignization of Russia: problems and strategies

Abstract:

In article the question of need social-economic sovereignization of Russia is brought up. The author’s treatment of the concept «social-economic sovereignty» is given. The complex of the problems demanding the decision for consolidation of the social and economic sovereignty is considered. The conception of the regional agro-industrial clustering, which realization will allow to lift significantly level and quality of life of the population is offered, will promote growth of national welfare, eliminates the corresponding threats to national security and will allow to solve a problem of social-economic sovereignization of Russia. In addition it can become the largest anti-crisis draft.
