Simulation program of migration movement its economic effects

Abstract:

Changes in migration legislation of the Russian Federation in 2007 actualize migration prediction between visa- free entry countries for the definition of further migration policy in Russia. The decision of the designated problem aims proposed computer program that allows to predict the movement of migration flows between CIS countries and regions of the Russian Federation. This promotes the assessment of their impact on the development of the host regions labor market. The basis of this program is a dynamic model of labor migration forecasting. Results obtained using this program allows to make recommendations on the management of migration flows, which is needed to stabilize the economic situation in the host regions and to optimize regional labor market.
