Abstract:
The authors formulated and justified, taking into account the world experience priorities of innovation development for Russian region, distinguished by its industrial and technological development. Particular emphasis is placed on the need to take into account the close relationship between the industrial-technological and innovation component of social development in developing the innovation strategy focused on increasing knowledge-intensity of production and the sustainability of regional socio-economic systems. In this article is offered a range of measures, aimed at implementation of tasks aimed at the spread of the Russian economy in the direction of innovation and technological modernization of Russia and overcome the economic crisis.
