On the Way of change management Paradigm: self-developing and self-organisationing systems

Abstract:

The paper examines the main trends in modern management paradigm shift: from the management of the organization to manage the behavior of workers. As part of this raises the question of building a self-developing, selforganisationing systems and defines such control systems. Provides a methodological analysis of the concept of such systems and defines the dynamic potential of self development, which is associated with control mechanisms of goal and motivational employee, staff development, effective leadership, values, organizational culture of the organization and building a flexible organizational structure. The classical and behavioral approaches to understanding the processes of self-development and self-organization of the company from the perspective of the management of these processes.
