Abstract:

The systematic modernization of economic systems in the direction of economic development makes the theoretic comprehension of new characteristics and qualities revealing in the main factor — human capital — necessary. The theoretic understanding of modern content of human capital, its role in present day economics demands the investigation of theoretic interpretation of human capital.
