Analysis of innovation and military policy of a country with resource economy interconnection

Abstract:

An economic-mathematical model of interaction of two countries one of which owns resources, and the other one has more developed manufacturing technologies, is suggested. A possibility of the power capture of the first country’s resources by the second country is taken into account. The analysis of rational industrial, trade and defense policy of the country with resource economy is carried out. Some recommendations for the innovation development of manufacturing and defense technologies’ innovation development are given.
