Institutional Features and Dynamics of Clusters Formation and Development in Russia

Abstract:

The emergence of clusters lays in general tendency of economic activity transformation from the sphere of enterprises as such to the realm of inter-firm relations, networks, which in institutional sense are hybrid arrangements. Institutional features of clusters are considered and the dynamics of their formation and development viewed through the Russian regions prism is given.
