Abstract:
The article describes the content of social-labour relations at different levels of analysis (nano, mini, micro, macro), allocates their specifity which determines the diversity of the types of related transaction costs on each of the levels. Based on the analysis of different approaches to the classification of transaction costs, the author’s approach to the typology of transaction costs of social-labour relations is presented. The background for the transformation of the system of social-labour relations that lead to the increase in the volume and variety of types related to transaction costs is presented. The necessity of further institutionalization of the changes in employment to minimize transaction costs is concluded.
