Time factor influence for economic systems changing: theoretical views overview and new hypotheses statement

Abstract:

The aim of the article is to review the concepts of the role of time in economic systems changing and statement of hypotheses about the existence of connections between the time properties and the characteristics of economic evolution. As scientific hypothesis we suggest the importance of research in the context of the time of such properties as the relative perpetuity, uncertainty, eventuality and resistance. Introduction to the science of the new terms, or redefining the already established ones, will contribute, in our opinion, not only to the development of the elements of evolutionary economic theory, but also to the search for new methodological tools of complex economic systems change control. The article suggests the prototype of a possible mechanism for knowledge generation launch as a number of cascade transitions from the occurrence of an event-stressor to an innovative breakthrough. Proposed ideas and hypotheses are controversial and are opened to criticism and comments from the all interested persons.
