Theoretical foundations of the development of a public-private partnership mechanism

Abstract:

A classification and analysis of the major theoretical approaches to the study of the phenomenon of public-private partnership are given in the article. On the basis of the use of institutional agreements theory it is provided to consider the prospect of forming a mechanism for effective interaction between the public authorities and the private sector in achieving socially significant results through a search for a compromise solution in the implementation of socio-economic interests of partnership entities.
