Theoretical basis of functioning of the logistics management system of organization

Abstract:

The article considers the conceptual and categorical base of the systems theory, the notion of the logistics system. There are disclosed a schematic diagram of a logistics system management of the focal company’s supply chain, the classification of logistics business processes and their relationship on the example of a mining enterprise. In terms of the increasing role of logistics costs, logistics systems on the methodological basis of the theory of logistics and within the system paradigm through a combination of process and object approaches can improve the efficiency of managing a modern dynamically developing enterprise.
