Abstract:
The article deals with the topical issues of labor evaluation, which are of fundamental importance for economic theory and practice. The analysis of the scientific literature on labor evaluation has shown that, up to the present time, a methodology for evaluating labor has not been developed. The main goal of our research is to find theoretical and methodological approaches to the evaluation of individual and team work of enterprise personnel. In this study, we applied some provisions from the economic theory of labor for the development of methodological approaches to the evaluation of the work of employees and work teams of enterprises. In assessing the labor of workers, it is important to take into account the value of labor inputs in the production of goods. To evaluate individual and team work, it is necessary to determine the criterion by which the work of employees and production collectives will be evaluated. In our opinion, such universal criterion is the useful effect of labor. This criterion is suitable for both the evaluation of individual and team work. This idea is reflected in the methodology for evaluating the individual and team work in the «ROST» System, which is presented in this article. The developed methodology of labor evaluation has passed the test of time. The enterprises of different branches, organizational and legal forms that have switched over to this system appreciate the work not only of the pieceworkers, but also of the time workers, managers, specialists and employees. Such an evaluation of labor has made it possible to significantly increase the motivation of personnel in labor, the efficiency of production and, on this basis, to raise the level of wages.
