Abstract:
Article is devoted to research of a fundamental scientific problem of development of theoretical bases, methodology and methods of research of the physical capital for definition of principles of the state regional policy which provide an increment of national wealth and a sustainable development of Russia’s territories. The new methodical approach to assessment of the physical capital of the regions is developed and it will allow to make recommendations about an increment of national wealth of Russia’s regions. In the course of work the diagnostic situation of subjects of the Ural federal district for 2000-2011 is received.
