Abstract:
Work is devoted research of a problem of safe and steady forward social and economic and power development of regions of Russia in the conditions of reformed economy. Authors prove concept of the power investment attractiveness representing such properties of social and economic system (with power allocation) which create conditions for an effective application of investment and energy potential of a region. The new methodical approach to definition of power investment attractiveness of territories of the regional level which application will allow to make recommendations about formation of prospects of power development of regions is developed.
