The Viability of the Family Business: Lessons of Russian History

Abstract:

Viability is considered in the article as a summary characterization of factors affecting the survival and prosperity, as a competitive company immunity. Judging on the basis of the criteria of longevity, the most resilient are family businesses, many of which exist for centuries. Seems urgent appeal to experience a family business in Russia, on the basis of which highlighted the resilience of the components.
