Abstract:
In this paper the need to underline the administration tools because of the influence of innovative activities to organizational pattern is substantiated. It is suggested to include innovations, managerial and industrial subsystems of an enterprise to the tools structure; organizational pattern and industrial structure’s interconnection aspects; foundations and methods of administration of named interconnection; functions of considerated management form; controlling; logicalisation and also temporal aspect. The ideology of highlighting the logic of interconnection of the named components of tools is expound.
