Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study whose purpose was to reveal the contents of the author proposed the concept of «target responsibility» of the state and business, especially small and medium-sized. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the concept, reflecting different points of view on the responsibility and trust, as well as their relationship to each other. A special feature of this study is that the responsibility of the author examines the target in the context of its structural elements — the entrepreneurial responsibility, institutional responsibility and institutional trust. The implementation of the principle of responsibility of target practice creates the basis for the formation of a unified national ideology of relations between the authorities and the business community.
