Abstract:
The object of the article is to allocate a coherent system of basic theoretical terminology as a platform for the analysis of land relations. The author gives the definitions of such economic categories as land relations, institutions, institutional changes, institutional design, institutional models, institutional corridor; the interrelation between them is shown. Moreover, the explanations to such approaches for analyzing the land relations as qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as content analysis are given; the advantages of the methodology on the basis of mixed approach are presented.
