Abstract:
The author studies the problems of the effective management of the socio-economic development of the region on the basis of opportunities provided by the regional scientific and educational complexes. The conditions of stimulation of regional enterprises innovation activity for the strategic development of regions are analyzed. The conclusion is that if the development of regional scientific and innovation systems is not enough, the influence of scientific and educational complexes on socio-economic development of the region can be negative.
