Abstract:
The article summarizes the results of theoretical and empirical research of mobility of companies in a market economy, developing the idea of the company as a living organism, refined features of market transformation of economic structures in a competitive economy. The necessity of institutional economy liberalization, economic turnover estimated structures (input and output market companies) in a modern economy. States need to expand research mobility market economic structures, as well as special government attention to institutionalizing the turnover of companies in an economic crisis.
