The issue of institutional development the of local public goods sector

Abstract:

The article describes the most important characteristics of local public goods in the aim of forming the problem area of the institutional development of the sector of local public goods. The theoretical aspects of the organization of institutional environment of the sector of local public goods are illuminated. The article discovers and organizes the main problems which prevent from effective institutional development of the sector of local public goods. The solution of the selected problems is the basis of the realization the effective institutional transformations.
