The integrative organizational culture as competitive advantage of company in terms of globalization: conceptual approaches

The article substantiates the necessity to development of a new competitive advantage of companies operating in the realities of international business. As such, the author suggests the concept of an integrative organizational culture, examines its nature and main approaches to its study, as well as made comparative analyze with an universal organizational culture of modern companies and highlights the main advantages of the integrative organizational culture.
