Abstract:
The article describes the meaning of the public goods, the local public goods, institutions of public goods with the purpose to reveal the concept of the genesis of an institution. The article recognizes the features of the systematization of the institutions of public goods. The author reveals the concept of the institutions of public goods. The paper considers the concept of the institutional projecting of the local public goods, allocates the different aspects of the institutional projecting of the local public goods as well as discovers the principles in this sphere. The author determines the stages of the genesis of an institution in the sector of the local public goods as well as considers the theoretical and practical significance of the received results. I describe the features of the procedure of the institutional projecting of the local public goods as well as substantiate the algorithm of this measure in order to discover the directions of the projection.
