The development of the Economics of Inequality in Russia

Abstract:

In the paper, the growth of inequality in the redistribution of income is constituted; it is shown that the redistribution is directed towards the group with highest income. It is established that between 2001– 2010 there has been a negative correlation between the indicators of inequality and the growth of manufacturing. It is established that there is a positive link between the qualitative indicators of law-making and inequality and a negative link between the indicators of law-making and the economic growth.
