Abstract:
General economic theory is currently experiencing crisis. Lost wholeness of economic outlook, it forfeited the ability to solve problems of economic practice, to determine the strategic direction and propose specific recommendations for achieving the goals. The formation of a new paradigm, restoring the wholeness of the economic outlook and taking achievements of previous theory, is the way out of this crisis may be. Political economy approach can be fundamentally important componentin solution of a number of fundamental problems of economic theory.
