Abstract:
It is difficult to explain a variety of organization forms without analysis of transaction coasts. First this analysis supposes an identification of transaction coasts structure. The approach, proposed in the article, is based on aggregation of classification criterions. This expands ability to specify coasts connected with coordination and interaction of economic agents.
