The building an effective national model of interaction between science and society — the strategic guidelines of the state support of basic research

Abstract:

The contemporary problems of coevolution of science and society in the modern Russia are investigated. A multistage model for the study of integration processes involving science and socio-economic organism is proposed. The necessity of construction of an effective national model for S&T development is underlined with a focus on basic and pure science, involving both domestic traditions and global trends of S&T development. The primary actions of state support for the scientific institutes are reported, focusing on cooperation between science and innovation system.
