Studying the Dynamics of Monetary Incomes, Demand for and Consumption of Food by the Population of Russia

Abstract:

The objective of the paper is to scientifically substantiate the strategy of integrated development of the sphere of food consumption by the Russian population. The content of the paper is aimed at fulfilling the task of efficient import substitution of food in the context of economic sanctions. The paper employs an original modification of the “Input- Output” method.
