Abstract:
In this paper, theoretical aspects of spatial reclamation and development of northern natural resource areas are reviewed, spatial differences and specificity of northern regions are identified, forms and functions of the space organization formed as a result of the process of North reclamation and the cyclical character of its individual regions development due to their natural-resource single-industry specialization, are structured.
