Abstract:
In the modern conditions of the bank`s conduct, the questions of the Bank`s credit risk management, especially it`s strategy parts, is becoming topical. In the article, the main approaches to definition of the category «the strategy» has determined, and also the sequence of stages of the development strategy of the Bank`s credit risk management has offered the using of which can improve the quality of used managerial solutions, which aimed at the optimization of the credit portfolio of the Bank according to criterias «the level of risk — the yield level» in the long-term prospective.
