Science and Innovations: the State and Problems in the Formation of a Knowledge Economy in Russia

Abstract:

The article considers the complex of problems connected with functioning of research and innovation areas of Russia. On the basis of analysis of scientific sources, the reasons of deformation and backwardness of domestic scientific and technological sector. Conclusions are made about the fact that on many indicators, Russia is not ready to a knowledge-based economy.
