Abstract:
In the article, the author substantiates the relevance of the state policy development for the reindustrialization of the economy in the conditions of emerging statehood. The purpose of the research is the theoretical substantiation and development of scientific and practical recommendations on the state regulation of reindustrialization of the economy. To achieve the purpose, the author have accomplished the following tasks: the theoretical and methodological approaches to the economic reindustrialization, which include the definition of the essence, purpose, main tasks and fundamental prerequisites for economic re-industrialization are developed; the forms of interaction of the modern models of industrial development are defined; the international experience of economic reindustrialization is analyzed; the main factors impeding and stimulating the processes of reindustrialization of the economy are substantiated; scientific and practical recommendations for reindustrialization of the economy in the conditions of the emerging statehood on the example of the Donetsk People’s Republic are developed. In the process of the research, I applied the system approach as a general scientific methodology, as well as the methods of generalization and comparative assessments. As a result, the author substantiates the relevance of the reindustrialization concept in the formation of the new economic policy of the state. I propose the definitions of the concepts «reindustrialization» and «neo-industrialization» as well as the main directions of the industrial sector development of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
