Abstract:
In this article the author examines the influx of foreign invest-ments into the Russian economy. For Russia, foreign investment is very important, as this is evidence of investor interest in the conduct of busi-sa in the country. The author reveals the essence of the category the investment climate in terms of the different approaches and presents his vision in the understanding of this category. The factors of formation of investment-tionclimate from the perspective of system analysis. This article is an example of seizing-sheniya investment climate in the country as an institutional framework for sustainable development of businesses — one of them is a struggle to administrative barriers.
