Abstract:
The logical and historical foundations, retrospective, the peculiarities of the modern state and development prospects of political economy are revealed. It sinner connection with institutionalism is shown. The need for the development and the methodological potential of an institutional political economy are justified. A socio-temporal theory of value as the basic framework for the further development of political economy is offered.
