Abstract:
In this paper, we consider specific features of the Austrian School and its distinctions from the neoclassical equilibrium approach dominating in the modern economic theory in treatment of issues of coordination of the economic activities. We distinguish the two basic tenors of analysis – the concept of competitive order of F. Hayek and the concept of free enterprise of I. Kirzner, as well as their modern interpretations.
