On the specificity of economic measurements and measuring instruments

Abstract:

The article concerns the problems appearing in the course of procedures of economic measurements and connected with coordination of latent (ulteriour) measuring instruments and indicators corresponding to them. The analysis is complemented with the consideration of phenomenological (at the level of the phenomenon) and non-phenomenological (at the level of the substance) measuring constructions in the economics. A definition of measurement as a specific cognitive process is given.
