Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the existing theoretical apparatus of the analysis of innovative development in regions with the predominance of ethnic population. The authors consider various methods of analysis of ethno- social and cross-cultural processes, as well as a methodological apparatus of regional innovation development. The conclusion is made about the choice of the methodological apparatus for the analysis of innovative development in regions with the predominance of ethnic population in the Russian Federation.
