Abstract:
Investigation of the essence of the antimonopoly policy, search for its optimal model in the conditions of the emergence of new forms of competition that affect structural changes in commodity markets, are urgent tasks for improving the state regulation of the market economy. However, the approach to state regulation of competition in innovative, digital markets is not well grounded. The article deals with the problems of improving the tools of antimonopoly regulation of industries, which are characterized by rapid technological changes. The author considers the theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of antitrust policy, as well as regulatory methods. The article shows that in Russia, the creation of prerequisites for the competitive nature of the emerging markets was implemented through the disaggregation of production with the use of strict restrictive practices. The author reveals the approaches to the theory of antimonopoly regulation under the influence of globalization of the economy. The main trends in the practice of implementation of antimonopoly policy, expressed in the liberalization of legislation, the increasing role of preventive methods and the introduction of modern regulatory instruments (compliance) are determined in the article. The author outlines some features of digital markets that are important for effective state regulation. The study involved the methods of systemic, logical-structural analysis. The results of the study can be used in work of the antimonopoly authorities, as well as in improving the legal framework.
