Abstract:
In article the model of forecasting and optimization of innovative development of a region is given with reference to the analysis of use of the created advanced production technologies making a basis of consideration of the threat to innovative security as one of spheres of activity of economic security of a region. As one of the main threats for various areas insufficient use of the created advanced production technologies is considered. Results of forecasting and an assessment of risks from insufficient use of technologies of subjects of the Ural federal district during 2000-2010 are given. The methodical tools, developed at Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, are approved and improved.
