Abstract:
The article considers the methodological problems of assessing the energy efficiency of industrial and economic systems by the example of the agricultural sector, in which the value of the energy output of the converter is determined by the nature of the activity. Price problem is to facilitate the return of Russia’s food independence with the objective nature. Use for this purpose a cost value of investments and yield estimation does not provide a true picture of the increment in the energy conversion process flow and is only a tool for identifying the relative characteristics of social expediency of action at a particular stage of the technological level of the productive forces and the equivalence of economic relations between the spheres of the economy. Moreover cost characteristics of highly difficult and practically conduct systematic monitoring process. They are essentially a secondary level of evaluation. The article explains the use of energy performance, providing a more objective reflection of the influence of material and resource investments in the output level of the converted energy. This possibility is obtained by virtue of the fact that the agricultural and food system, introduced in the flow chart of the production potentials of mineral resources and human labor transforms into the energy of the organic properties. The scale of this conversion is limited (defined) of natural and labor conditions for the conversion. Identification of the boundaries of effective use of human energy is made possible by comparing the energy flow at the inlet and outlet of the production system. This approach allows you to get information to adjust (optimization) of the size and structure of the energy potential of the organic properties
