Abstract:
In the article are discussed the methodological aspects of strategic knowledge management with the aim of higher competitiveness. To precise dynamic capabilities concept the author propose to analyze the firm’s knowledge strategic value. The matrix combining the different levels of knowledge potential with the organizational and motivational mechanisms, allows benchmarking and predicting of expected knowledge-based benefits.
