Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of the average life expectancy. There is proved the infrastructure influence on the increasing of the average life expectancy and improving of the life quality of the population. The authors suggest an original approach to the estimation of the quantitative dependence between the average life expectancy and on-budget expenditures on the development of critical infrastructure on the basis of correlation and regression analysis. Also there are proposed regression models of this dependence.
