Abstract:
The article proves the feasibility of developing an approach to the management of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of the North-West Federal District. The aim of the research article is to develop a conceptual approach the management of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of the North-West Federal District. To achieve this goal the following tasks were solved: identification of the nature and content of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of the North-West Federal District with a systems perspective; establishing the principles and laws of economic management of sustainable development of fuel and energy complex of the NorthWest Federal District; presentation of management model of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of the North-West Federal District. On the basis of the proposed approach set the mission, the goals of sustainable development of the North-West Federal District. A list of the goals of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of the North-West Federal District determines its place and role in the national economy in terms defined in the policy documents (concept of socio-economic development of Russia, the Energy Strategy, the Concept of social and economic development of the North-West Federal District ) targets and directions of fuel and energy complex of the North-West federal District.
