Abstract:
The formulations variety of effectiveness concept in the field of personnel management is presented. It is shown that effectiveness in personnel management is attended with organization effectiveness and efficiency, as some social — economic system. Complex classification of approaches to the definition of effectiveness subject in management of organization personnel by the form of demonstration, effectiveness kinds, object, level and subject of evaluation is suggested. Theoretical questions of balance`s establishment in interests of internal stakeholders (proprietors, management and company`s workers) as criterion of management efficiency by the personnel are considered.
