Investment in innovative projects of private professional investors

Abstract:

Using venture forms of investment, as evidenced by the experience of advanced countries of the world, to achieve the most dynamic development of high-tech industries. In this regard the increasing importance gain to private professional investors (business-angels) on the pre-seed and seed stages of innovative projects as critically important for the realization of their potential. On the basis of selected essential characteristics, theoretical and methodological developments proposed a number of theoretical aspects for investment analysis of private professional investors.
