Abstract:
The letter to the editor concerns main theoretical and practical results of the international meeting of research associates of Institute of economics (Ural Brunch of Russian Academy of Sciences), Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service, the Office of the Federal Migration Service and Ministry of Health of Sverdlovsk region with participants of the Russian-American non-state program «Exchange of Social Experience and Knowledge». During the exchange of the parties’ opinions the reasons and scales of illegal (undocumented) migrations in Russia and the USA, a problem of migrants’ social health, medical diagnostics and insurance of migrants on the example of North American and Euroasian international migratory systems were considered.
