Abstract:
The article highlighted the institutional foundation of social and economic genotype. Baseline genotypic disclosed processes of morphogenesis, replication, transcription and translation. Presented by the interaction of institutional, classical, neoclassical and evolutionary approaches. A comparative analysis of economic models based on the laws of evolution of the world economic system, there are some common due to the economic content of the genotype and the specific institutional patterns of development of a number of countries and regions, caused by mutations of economic genotype. Mechanisms of action of conservative and liberal institutional orders in the economic evolution is planned trajectory of effective institutional reform.
